Cygnus tension controllers are compact, advanced and intuitive to operate. With full text prompts provided on the screen, the operator can easily navigate the product's advanced tension control functions and associated codes, making the setup process quicker and easier. Use the multi-function "Smart Key" to maintain or adjust web tension, and a large backlit display for easy viewing. When converting converting equipment and printing presses, set-up time is greatly reduced, and tension consistency is improved with powerful features such as automatic adjustment and out-of-round roll compensation (previously only available with dancer control). Complex tension settings can now be achieved with fast full text prompt input, rather than the complicated input procedures of the past.
